It’s a shore thing
In 2017, local guys Jonny and Gavin stumbled across a beachfront opportunity at Kings Beach and saw the potential for greatness! Their vision unfolded into creating the most epic beachside dining experience, leading them on a path that saw another location moving into Cotton Tree in 2022, and then another at Coolum Beach in 2024. Five years on from that first day of dreaming, all venues are fondly recognised by their good vibes, awesome food and unreal cocktails.

Bonjour, Beaches!
Bonjour, Beaches! is a celebration of classic French cuisine reimagined for the Sunshine Coast. This five-course dining experience brings together elegance, technique and bold flavour, pairing timeless French artistry with that unmistakable ocean breeze.
Guests will begin with silky chicken liver parfait, toasted baguette and cornichons, followed by moules marinière in white wine and tarragon. A golden quail pithivier with mushroom duxelles leads into braised beef short rib with celeriac purée, charred baby onion and rich jus lié. Delicate petit fours bring the evening to a sweet finish.
It’s refined yet relaxed dining; a little Paris, a lot of coastline, and celebrating flavour, craftsmanship and joie de vivre… Beach Bar style.
